This quality kitemark was awarded in 2007, acknowledging that InBiz delivers useful, focused and entrepreneur-friendly support and learning to meet the needs of businesses. InBiz are a Centre of Excellence for Enterprise Development and Business Support.

Originally achieved in 1996, the Investors in People status for InBiz was re-recognised in April 2007 indicating that staff are valued,
nurtured and helped to improve their performance. This in turn helps to reduce staff turnover levels and thus improving the quality of service provision.
