This was a pilot programme run in Suffolk in partnership with Jobcentre Plus who were responsible for referrals to the programme.

The programme was designed to provide intensive support for customers who were long-term recipients of Incapacity benefit or Jobseekers Allowance. The programme was designed to broker support/training/work trials or to place customers in work.

Delivery included:

  • Initial meeting 30 minutes where an action plan was decided upon 2 3 follow up diagnostic appointments
  • Skills Passport
  • Skills Passport on line
  • Learning Brokerage
  • In work Health Check
  • Progression Interview

During the lifetime of the contract InBiz worked with over 300 customers of whom over 30 moved into employment.
