InBiz delivers this programme for ex-offenders on probation which is funded by The Offender Learning & Skills Service (OLASS). The programme is run by InBiz South East in Surrey and Sussex.

OIL provides individual, tailored support in all areas of becoming self-employed for those who deserve a second chance to get back on the ladder of success.

The programme provides information, advice and guidance on self employment tailored to your needs.

Programme elements:

Awareness:

Either in a small group, or one to one, with one of our trained business consultants you will learn about the benefits or pitfalls of becoming self employed.

Preparation and Planning:

In a confidential discussion about your business idea, the business consultant will start you planning by taking into account your experience and skills and look at areas where you might need help such as developing a Business Plan, Marketing, Finance or Legalities.
