InBiz delivered a one-to-one Information, Advice and Guidance session to adults over twenty years old with below level 2 qualifications throughout Suffolk.

Customers could self-refer for an Information, Advice and Guidance session. InBiz also had in place an intermediary contract with Jobcentre Plus who made referrals to this programme. InBiz was also able to accept self-referrals from other programmes that we were running at the time.

Since starting the contract InBiz has delivered over 2000 advice sessions throughout Suffolk
