To provide pre-start business advise and support to residence living within the 2 London Boroughs of Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham who are intending to start a business.

Programme Type

With the aid from this programme you are ensuring that you set up a sustainable business by: (1) - An initial assessment of the business idea, (2) - Supporting the client to complete a business plan, and (3) - Assessing and helping to address the barriers into self-employment e.g. access to finance, premises, business skills (marketing, financial forecasting, legalities).

Initial Assessment - An initial meeting with a Business Advisor to:
(a) discuss and assess the business idea.
(b) assess eligibility and suitably to the programme

The programme
(1) Maximum 16 week duration.
(2) One -to one business advise - (minimum forthnightly contact and monthly 'face-to-face' meetings with a business adviser to support the client into self- employment.
(3) Option to attend 2 day business start -up workshop.
