Programme stages:

Want to raise money to grow? Need advice on the options? Need to improve your chances? This programme is in two parts, the first of which is fully funded.

  1. Diagnostic

    A full business diagnostic is conducted by a specialist business consultant
  2. Funding

    This stage is part-funded according to the age of your business. If under 18 months old then the London Development Agency (LDA) and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) cover 80% of the costs or if over 18 months, 65%. The remaining costs are down to the business owner but payment can be flexible.

Guidance is given on how to develop a strategy and presentation when applying for finance to improve your chances of succeeding. The programme support is tailored to your business needs and includes:
  • Assistance with financial plans and forecasts
  • Identifying sources of finance
  • Coaching and mentoring on monitoring your finance
  • Management training
  • Cash flow advice and planning
