50+ Skills and Motivation

The programme was for clients aged over 50 living in the Suffolk area of the UK who were economically inactive or who had been unemployed for less than 12 months.

InBiz worked with clients for 13 weeks on a one-to-one basis to compile an Action Plan, CV and to undertake 'Jobsearch' activities. During the 13 week period they also attended three workshops that focused on soft skills such as Interview Techniques.
