Avanta Recognised as Investors in People

Avanta Enterprise Ltd has achieved its first Investors in People Award.

Although this is the first Investors in People Award achieved by Avanta, its subsidiaries, TNG and InBiz, have been holders of Investors in People accreditation since 1994. TNG and InBiz are celebrating achieving their sixth and fifth awards respectively, and will qualify for a long service award.

Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management standard. Formed in 1993, the organisation is a non-departmental public body, which receives funding from the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills. It provides a simple and flexible framework helping thousands organisations of all sizes and sectors to improve their performance through people development.
