Avanta achieves Matrix

Avanta, incorporating TNG & InBiz, successfully achieved the Matrix Standard in May. Over 200 staff, customers and employers were interviewed during two weeks of visits by Matrix assessors. Visits took place to over 15 offices up and down the country including the company head office in Enfield.

TNG was originally awarded Matrix in 2007 and InBiz in 2005 and since then, the company has tripled in size in terms of number of staff, offices and customers.

Achieving Matrix means Avanta and its two delivery companies meet contractual requirement with funding agencies and demonstrates that it is one of the top providers delivering employability and skills services in the UK to the national Information, Advice and Guidance standard.
