At this stage, you'll begin to put your business idea to the test and start 'selling'.
If you're currently unemployed, you'll have the chance to test your business for up to 26 weeks, giving you a real opportunity to get your business off the ground, whilst you still receive your benefit payments and/or allowances.
You'll also be able to open a business bank account with one of our advisers as a joint cheque signatory. As soon as you make enough money you can sign off and continue on your own.
Most businesses need to raise money, whether to start up or expand, however, many applications are turned down because they do not cover the key issues that funders require.
Our team can help you find a solution and this assistance could include:
As part of your InBiz programme, you will be given assistance to help you open your own business bank account so any money generated by your business can be paid in. You'll need a separate bank account for your business as soon as you begin to trade.
Your Business Adviser will assist you with completing all the necessary paperwork so that your bank account can be opened as quickly as possible.
There are a number of other important tasks you'll need to consider when starting your own business and your InBiz Business Adviser will be on hand to provide all the advice and guidance you need. Remember to think about registering your company name, premises, insurance, paying tax, staff and resources.
And don't forget, however pressurised your business, you still need to find time for yourself.
