Zahir made the decision to become self-employed as he was keen to have control over his future and benefit from his own hard work. Above all, he liked the idea of being his own boss.

Together with an InBiz Business Adviser, Zahir developed a strategic business plan for his business idea which encompassed aspects including a review of available resources, market research, marketing strategies and funding. As well as providing the necessary information and training required, InBiz were also at hand to offer support and guidance to Zahir throughout the initial stages of setting up his business.

Zahir now runs a company which focuses on property development. He is enjoying the independence he gets from being his own boss and is happy that he can benefit directly from his own hard work. Zahir is looking forward to the future of his company and is hoping to continue with his success and become a limited company.
